Website purpose
Linda Vista Plumbing provides general information about All World Construction LLC and ways to request contact about a potential project. These website terms do not replace a signed construction agreement.
Requests are not contracts
A visit, call, text, email, photo or form submission does not create a construction contract, reserve a date, approve work or establish a final price. Work proceeds under a separate accepted written agreement.
General information and site conditions
Website content is general planning information, not a field diagnosis or engineering, architectural, legal, insurance or code-compliance advice. Photos cannot establish concealed conditions, every water path or the complete condition of a building system. Do not investigate unsafe conditions to provide more detail.
Virtual estimates, evaluations and pricing
For straightforward repairs, safely taken photos and a description may support a same-day virtual estimate. A virtual estimate is conditional on the information provided and is not a photo-only diagnosis or final contract price. Vague, water-related, elevated, multi-trade, managed-property or otherwise complex conditions may require a paid site evaluation. When offered, the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package is credited if the proposed work is approved within 30 days, subject to the written evaluation terms. Prices and work scope are confirmed separately.
Project information and changes
Share only information and files you are authorized to provide. Access, measurements, permits, selected materials and concealed conditions may affect the proposed scope. Additional damage or owner changes may require a written change order.
Photos, copy and external links
AWC-owned photographs, copy and design may not be republished to market another business without permission. Third-party names and materials belong to their respective owners. External resources are provided for context and may change.
Availability and limitations
Website content may be updated. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. These terms do not limit rights or obligations stated in an executed construction agreement or rights that cannot legally be limited.
